Prestige Protocol began in 2012 as a Woman-Owned Small Business entrepreneurial LLC venture by its Founder and Chief Etiquette Officer, Mina Martinez.


Prestige Protocol is dedicated to teaching valuable life skills through the implementation of workshops and educational programs emphasizing proper usage of manners, etiquette, civility, professional presence, competency, and social and dining etiquette as well as diplomacy in all professional and social settings.


Our programs have reached over 12,000 individuals providing increased confidence and global leadership skills in addition to awareness of principles based upon respect, trust and honesty to prepare our clients for success. Our mission is to provide beneficial skills and personal development programs that enhance lifelong learning and success.


As a Lifetime Member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), she conducts business and dining etiquette workshops to various schools of engineering, conferences, organizations, and an array of industries. She offers the proper combination of an experienced trainer and consultant and takes pride in our loyal following of clients.



Our training motivates and empowers both adults and youth- they will be better prepared to succeed in high school, college, vocational career paths, and relationships.

Mina Martinez is the founder of Prestige Protocol, a modern etiquette and professional presence firm providing training across the United States. Based in Los Angeles, she equips individuals and organizations with practical skills in communication, professional conduct, and social intelligence essential for success in today’s workplace.


Her work focuses on empowering young professionals, students, and underserved communities by providing access to etiquette education that builds confidence, strengthens communication, and supports long-term career advancement. In addition to community-focused programs, Mina delivers training for corporations, universities, private businesses, and professional organizations.


Through interactive workshops, seminars, and customized training experiences, Mina provides instruction in business etiquette, dining protocol, professional communication, networking, workplace conduct, and cross-cultural awareness.


Her approach emphasizes real-world application, helping participants navigate professional and social environments with clarity, confidence, and respect.

 

Professional Background

Mina began her career in the aerospace industry with Hughes Aircraft Company and later retired from The Boeing Company after a distinguished 34-year career in the defense and communications satellite industry. Her corporate experience provided a strong foundation in professionalism, communication, and executive-level workplace expectations.


She pursued her education at Loyola Marymount University and earned certification in Professional Meeting and Special Event Planning from California State University, Long Beach. She is also certified by The Protocol School of Washington as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant.

Following her corporate career, Mina founded Prestige Protocol in 2012, a woman-owned small business dedicated to providing modern etiquette and professional presence education nationwide.
