Prestige Protocol began in 2012 as a Woman-Owned Small Business entrepreneurial LLC venture by its Founder and Principal Consultant, Mina Martinez. As a Lifetime Member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), she conducts business and dining etiquette workshops to various schools of engineering, conferences, organizations, and an array of industries. She offers the proper combination of an experienced trainer and consultant and takes pride in our loyal following of clients.


Prestige Protocol is dedicated to teaching valuable life skills through the implementation of workshops and educational programs emphasizing proper usage of Manners, Etiquette, Civility, professional presence, competency, and social and dining etiquette as well as diplomacy in all professional and social settings.


Our programs have reached over 12,000 individuals providing increased confidence and global leadership skills in addition to awareness of principles based upon respect, trust and honesty to prepare our clients for success. Our mission is to provide beneficial skills and personal development programs that enhance lifelong learning and success. Our training motivates and empowers both adults and youth. Adolescents will be better prepared to succeed in high school, college, vocational career paths, and relationships.


Meet Mina

Founder and Chief Etiquette Officer of Prestige Protocol

Mina is the Founder and Chief Etiquette Officer of Prestige Protocol, a Los Angeles-based professional etiquette service specializing in etiquette for all ages ranging from professionals to children.  Mina obtained her Business Etiquette training and consulting certification in 2009 from the esteemed Protocol School of Washington (PSOW) in McLean, Virginia.

 

Owner | Trainer | Etiquette Expert with 30+ years of aerospace industry program experience, professional development, and community engagement; she is a thought-leader in the field of etiquette.  Mina is called upon by private clientele and professional colleagues to contribute her diverse skills and expertise on a variety of topics.


Mina has a wide course offering and regularly teaches proper protocols, dining tutorials, social skills and cross-cultural awareness for corporations, universities, conferences, not-for-profit organizations, schools, STEM programs and various entities continuing to assist her as a self-made Small Business.  She has distinguished herself as a true leader in her field with a career of service to national and international customers by providing corporate training and private consulting.  Inclusive of fifteen years in the event planning and etiquette industry, Mina has coached business, dining and social etiquette, civility, and international protocol to students, mid-level professionals, and executives in Arizona, California, Nevada and South Texas (Rio Grande Valley). Her vast travel experience has her well-versed in the cultural traditions, etiquette, design and management of events, as well as refresh-on Wedding, Social and Fine Dining Etiquette.


Mina’s volunteer highlights include Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) advocacy groups, Alzheimer’s Association Los Angeles Team Captain, Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade Float Decorator.
